She has also worked in publishing, where she contributed editorial work to more than 20 titles. In the AEC space, she has grown from a proposal manager and proposal operations specialist, to a leader and mentor of bid management teams, providing guidance on effective messaging, document development best practices, and public speaking. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Kristen’s mission is to help communicators tap into their values and make deliberate choices to connect with their most important audiences. She is multilingual, a former competitive ballroom dancer, and a proud supporter of the Oxford comma. &lt;/p&gt;
