He has conducted research on how visual cues unconsciously influence service provider selection and focuses on how to apply principles in consumer psychology and behavioral economics in proposal development and marketing professional services. 
Currently Sean is the marketing manager with Ghirardelli Associates, a construction management firm specializing in the transportation sector.
